Counting Scales

Counting scales are used for parts counting and inventory control. Counting scales efficiently and accurately count large volumes of identical parts by weighing a sample of the items to be weighed, normally 10, 20 or 50 pieces, the scale then calculates the piece weight or each part and will then display the quantity of items that you place on the weighing platform. For example, they can be programmed to calculate the number of identical components in a load to reduce manual counting. Capacities for counting scales vary across our counting scales from under 10kg up to and including 60kg. However, a typical range is between 20kg to 30kg.
