Force gauges are measuring instruments used to measure tensile or compression forces applied by weight or any mechanical process. Applications exist in research and development, laboratory, quality assurance, manufacturing, production and logistics.

Capacities vary across our force gauge range up to and including 100,000 Newtons, equivalent to 10,197kg of force. However, a typical range is between 5,000 to 10,000 Newtons. You can browse the entire range here.

The readability of a Force Gauge refers to the smallest increment or division they accurately display. This indicates the precision and sensitivity of the equipment. Readability is also sometimes referred to as resolution or division size.
