| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue or use the Search facility, then click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards or you can place your order by telephone or fax if you would prefer. |
| Shipping And Handling All goods must be signed for upon delivery. In the event that there is no one at the premises when the goods are delivered the couriers are under instructions not to leave the parcel. If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods you will be left a card stating the local depot's address and telephone number. If you then contact the depot you can arrange another date for the delivery to be made - this must be to the same address. Alternatively you can arrange to pick the goods up from the depot, for which you will need some form of identification e.g. a driving licence. |
| Delivery Schedule We want to deliver your goods to you as quick as we possibly can, indeed a large percentage of our orders are delivered within two working days. However, because your order may not be in stock and we have to wait for delivery from the manufacturers, please allow 10 working days from placing your order for delivery. If there is any deviation from this expected delivery time you will be notified. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee All of our products come with a full one year return to base warrantee. If you do have a problem with the equipment, please contact us and we supply any technical assistace needed or the information needed for return of the equipment for warranty repair. |

| Returns Policy We want you to be happy with the equipment that you have bought and as such we operate a 14 day money back guarantee that in plain terms, means that if you send the goods back to us, within 14 days, in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you then we will refund your money minus shipping costs and any manufacturers restocking fees. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that their is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit. |
